This vertical integration has positioned Rohit Group as an industry leader in Western Canada.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Accounting is a technically elite, disciplined accounting leader who brings stability, credibility, and strong guardrails to a mature organization. This role is designed to professionalize, stabilize, and protect the business through strong accounting leadership, compliance discipline, and predictable execution. Once this has been achieved the individual will be positioned to lead thoughtful transformation by leveraging technical and digital expertise and working with various departmental leaders to ensure the changes are deliberate, aligned with business direction, and create value.
The VP of Accounting is accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and predictability of all accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit activities. This role serves as the organization’s senior accounting authority, ensuring strong controls, disciplined execution, and clear translation of technical accounting matters to executive leadership.
