Odgers is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the next phase of its enterprise wide digital evolution. This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role within a global professional services firm that combines international scale with an agile, collaborative, people first culture.
As technology becomes a core driver of growth, client delivery, and operational excellence, the CTO will shape and execute a multi year technology strategy across four lines of business, maximizing a significant Salesforce investment and advancing capabilities across AI, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise (e.g., Salesforce, Sage) platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a 3–5-year enterprise IT and digital strategy, including developing and implementing a secure and compelling AI roadmap
- Modernize systems, processes, and enterprise architecture to improve both productivity and client delivery; optimize Salesforce adoption and enterprise application usage; lead operational modernization, reducing manual and legacy processes
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture, governance, and disaster recovery readiness
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and international counterparts (UK & U.S.) and lead and develop a high performing internal technology team and vendor ecosystem
Experience:
- Senior technology executive with experience aligning enterprise IT strategy to business outcomes
- Background in professional services or similarly sales and knowledge driven organizations strongly preferred
- Proven success implementing modern platforms that enhance collaboration, insight, and client delivery
- Experience scaling data, analytics, automation, and AI enabled solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborative, commercially minded leader with strong change management capability
- Able to influence across complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Bilingual English/French considered an asset
