President – Confidential Client

Simcoe County

Hybrid

Our client is one of Ontario’s leading franchise brands. The President will lead our client through its next phase of growth, evolving the business from a founder-led regional success into a professionally managed, scalable franchise platform. This is a unique opportunity to steward a highly differentiated, family-rooted brand with strong fundamentals, while architecting its expansion toward 100+ locations and, ultimately, a national footprint. The President will balance respect for the company’s heritage and values with the introduction of enhanced structure, financial discipline, and operational rigor; driving both franchisee success and system-wide performance. This role requires a highly hands-on, growth-oriented leader who can translate ambition into execution, strengthen organizational capability, and build a modern, data-informed business while preserving what makes the brand special.

First Year Deliverables

  • Embed a high-performance, hands-on operating culture.
  • Establish a clear, actionable growth roadmap and cadence for expansion.
  • Strengthen franchisee performance and build a high-trust partnership model.
  • Professionalize the organization with strong financial rigor and governance.
  • Build and upgrade the leadership team to support scale.
  • Advance brand positioning and digital engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a proven President who has held full P&L responsibility gained within a reputable QSR, retail or hospitality franchise environment. The President is a highly relational, emotionally intelligent leader who combines strong business acumen with a hands-on, operator mindset. They bring a proven ability to scale multi-unit, franchise-based or consumer-facing businesses, balancing strategic growth with disciplined execution and financial rigor. Equally comfortable navigating the nuances of a founder-led, family-influenced organization, they can build trust across franchisees, employees, and ownership while introducing the structure, accountability, and systems required to support national expansion. Ultimately, they are a “builder”, someone who leads from the front, develops high-performing teams, and translates vision into measurable, system-wide growth.
