We are seeking a Research Associate to join our national service delivery team supporting our executive search business. Reporting to the National Directors, Search Delivery, the Research Associate will support colleagues in the early stages of a search by providing market knowledge for business development strategies, setting search strategies, building target lists, and conducting original research to identify potential candidates and networking contacts. A key part of this role will be leveraging technology, AI-enabled tools, research platforms, and best-practice search methodologies to enhance the quality, consistency, speed, and insight of our delivery. You will also provide general market and industry intelligence for the search team. The successful candidate will apply sound judgment, data discipline, and responsible research practices when using technology to strengthen decision-making and deliver reliable, high-quality work.

The ideal candidate is a university or college graduate, or equivalent experience, with a background in research, recruitment, executive search, professional services, business intelligence, market analysis, or a related field. They are a curious, self-directed, detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing to a collaborative and high-quality national search delivery team. They will be confident using technology, AI, databases, and best-practice research methodologies to improve efficiency, insight generation, knowledge sharing, and the overall quality of search delivery.
