Reporting to the North American leadership team, the Country Manager will lead the Canadian business, serving as the senior commercial leader for the market. This role carries full accountability for delivering revenue, profit and market share objectives while leading relationships with Canada's largest retail partners. The successful candidate will drive commercial strategy, customer growth, trade investment, and business planning, while leading a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing and category management. The ideal candidate is a proven consumer packaged goods executive with deep experience leading major retailer relationships across Canada and delivering consistent commercial growth in competitive categories. They bring a strong track record in customer negotiations, joint business planning, revenue growth management and trade investment optimization, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Successful candidates will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, demonstrating the ability to build high-performing teams, navigate change and drive results in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Experience within a organization going through transformation or high-growth business environment would be particularly valuable.
