Director, Supply Chain Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Confidential Client

Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain, the Director, Supply Chain Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) will lead the development and advancement of an enterprise-wide planning function during a pivotal stage of organizational evolution. This is an opportunity to establish greater alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and financial performance while building a more disciplined and scalable operating model. The successful candidate will lead the monthly S&OP process, drive planning excellence across the organization, and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, plant utilization, customer service levels, and overall business performance. Joining during a period of investment and growth, this role will have a direct impact on operational effectiveness and the organization's long-term success.

The ideal candidate is an experienced supply chain and planning leader with a proven track record leading S&OP, integrated business planning, demand planning, or supply planning functions within a complex manufacturing environment. They bring strong analytical capability, experience balancing customer requirements with operational constraints, and a demonstrated ability to create alignment across multiple stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess exceptional business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and experience leveraging ERP systems, forecasting tools, and analytics to improve performance. Experience within a highly regulated production environments would be considered a strong asset.
