This newly created leadership role sits at the centre of that evolution.
The Senior Director, Forecasting Excellence will play a critical role in shaping commercial and portfolio decisions across the Canadian business. This individual will provide the market insights, forecasting expertise, and strategic guidance required to evaluate new opportunities, support product launches, and drive sustainable growth across branded, specialty, and generic products.
The successful candidate will translate complex market dynamics into actionable business decisions. They will lead a team responsible for forecasting accuracy across marketed and pipeline products while helping build the frameworks, tools, and processes that support long-term portfolio growth and investment decisions.
This role operates within a dynamic, transformation-oriented environment and requires a commercially minded leader who combines analytical rigour with strategic thinking and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, capable of influencing decisions, building organizational capability, and driving cross-functional alignment in support of ambitious growth objectives.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, portfolio management, or market insights, with meaningful exposure to branded and/or specialty pharmaceutical products in Canada. They will possess a strong understanding of Canadian pricing, reimbursement, and market access dynamics, along with demonstrated success supporting product launches and leading high-performing teams.
