As Briggs continues to expand, they are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to join their Executive Leadership Team and serve as the strategic leader driving the company’s growth and profitability. This prestigious role offers the opportunity to lead at the highest level within a renowned luxury real estate organization. Reporting to the President, the responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing regional expansions, supporting top advisors, and refining the business model to optimize profitability. They will guide and develop the management team, implement innovative strategies, and ensure the company remains an industry leader in the luxury real estate market.
