Divisional Head of Finance – High Tech Manufacturing Company based in Mississauga

 

Our client is a large, high-tech manufacturing company searching for a Divisional Head of Finance

 

Dually Reporting to the Group CFO and the Divisional President, the Divisional Head of Finance is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the division. In addition to financial responsibilities, they will be the right-hand business partner to the Division President and play a key role in establishing the financial strategy to drive value through organic growth as well as supporting M&A opportunities.

 

The successful candidate must be able to work in partnership with the CFO on a range of functional areas such as financial, working capital and cash flow reporting whilst steering and overseeing the finance function for the Division.

 

The ideal candidate will be an operational finance executive who has 15+ years experience within a large, complex, and fast-paced manufacturing organization. Prior experience and knowledge in the industrial sector would be a significant asset. The business is embarking on an aggressive growth strategy, so the incoming Divisional Head of Finance will need to be a true self-starter and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and fluid environment. From a partnership perspective, they will need to be a true strategic thought partner with the Divisional President in planning and executing the growth strategy.
