The Director Technology Modernization is responsible for leading the modernization of customer-facing and business-enabling technologies and solutions. They will lead the planning, strategizing, and innovation required to create the Technology Modernization plan aligned with Company Strategies and the Enterprise Architecture plan. They will oversee the prioritization, delivery, and execution of that plan through a portfolio of initiatives. This will require strong collaboration with corporate departments and operational business lines to support the business plan and strategy.

The Director Technology Modernization is expected to deliver on growth, change, and strategic initiatives, while maximizing value and outcomes utilizing a mix of in-house and third-party resources to deliver the objectives of the business plan. This role is primarily contributing to the modernization of customer-facing and business-enabling technologies in support of the five-year business plan. The Director reports to the CIO and leads a team of ~25.

The role is located on site in Saint John, New Brunswick.
