Vice President, Information Technology & Digital Innovation, March of Dimes Canada

March of Dimes Canada (MODC), one of the country’s most respected and impactful national charities, is seeking an accomplished technology executive to lead its digital transformation as Vice President, Information Technology & Digital Innovation. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization that has been empowering people with disabilities for over 70 years – championing equity, breaking down barriers, and creating inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.

Reporting to the COO, and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape and execute a bold, multi-year digital strategy that modernizes MODC’s technology infrastructure and enhances its ability to deliver innovative, client-centred services across Canada. You will lead the implementation of enterprise-wide systems, including a new Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and Donor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, and foster a culture of innovation, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. From driving operational excellence and cybersecurity to building a high-performing, future-ready IT team, your leadership will ensure that MODC remains at the forefront of accessible, inclusive service delivery.

As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic thinker and proven change agent with deep experience in digital innovation, enterprise systems, and inclusive technology. You bring a strong track record of leading complex digital initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments, and you understand how to align technology with mission-driven goals. Your leadership style is collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in a commitment to equity and social impact.

To fill this position, March of Dimes Canada has partnered with leadership advisory firm Odgers. Applications are encouraged immediately and should be submitted online ideally by August 15th.

We would like to thank all applicants but regret that we are only able to personally contact those individuals whose backgrounds best match the requirements for the role.

In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act, 2019 and all applicable provincial accessibility standards, upon request, accommodation will be provided by both Odgers and March of Dimes Canada throughout the recruitment, selection and/or assessment process to applicants with disabilities.
