Reporting to the National Marketplace Lead, the General Manager, B.C. (GM) is responsible for evaluating the unique needs of the BC marketplace, fostering growth, overseeing regional budgets, and acting as a regional leader both within the internal team and in the broader marketplace. The GM, BC will work in partnership with the broader leadership team to create and adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of their regional team.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of progressive experience in public affairs, communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment. You have a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple high-impact client projects concurrently, exercising sound judgment, strategic prioritization, and effective negotiation in dynamic, high-pressure contexts.

With experience managing teams, you are a collaborative and empowering leader who drives performance, fosters alignment, and cultivates a culture of teamwork, support, accountability and excellence. Your leadership style is grounded in clarity, empathy, and results orientation.

You possess a strong foundation in business fundamentals and financial acumen, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to strategic planning and business development initiatives. A confident and articulate communicator, your ability to anticipate client needs, assess reputational risks, and recommend thoughtful, strategic solutions distinguishes you as a trusted advisor. Known for your organizational discipline and proactive mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.
