GS1 Canada seeks a visionary Senior Vice President, Products and Services to lead its suite of Industry Managed Solutions (IMS), driving product strategy, lifecycle management, and innovation. As a key member of the executive team, this role sets the strategic direction for products and services, ensuring alignment with subscriber needs and industry priorities. The SVP will champion interoperability, digital enablement, and modern product methodologies to deliver trusted data and scalable solutions across sectors. Success requires influencing diverse stakeholders, fostering enterprise-wide collaboration, and building a high-performing product management function that accelerates adoption and growth.

The successful candidate will bring:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 7+ years at the executive level in product, services, or technology.

• Strong background in SaaS or platform-based organizations preferred.

• Expertise in data standards, interoperability, and digital supply chain solutions.

• Proven success in product strategy, lifecycle management, and large-scale transformations.

• Strategic thinker and thought leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

• University degree in business administration, computer science, or a related discipline; master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

• Experience in Product Information Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management is an asset.
