Vice President Operations - Confidential Client

Our Client is a leading Canadian manufacturer renowned for it’s high-quality, innovative and award winning food products. 

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our client’s transformation. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, the Vice President of Operations will serve as a strategic architect, modernizing processes, elevating performance standards, and developing future leaders across a multi-site network (10+ manufacturing facilities). This mandate blends vision with execution: instilling a safety-first mindset, driving operational excellence in high-volume, automated facilities, and overseeing capital projects and technology upgrades. Success will require balancing long-term growth objectives with disciplined cost control, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and embedding a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the operations leadership team, this individual will also be positioned for broader enterprise impact over time, contributing to succession strength within the organization’s senior ranks.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. They combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, bringing deep expertise in food or dairy production, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This individual thrives in transformation settings, comfortable shaping processes, mentoring leaders, and embedding a culture of safety and accountability. Strong financial acumen, experience with capital projects, and the ability to influence across technical and business domains are essential.
