Reporting to the SVP, Brand and Social Impact, OSEG is seeking a Head of Marketing to serve as the senior leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise‑wide marketing vision across its sports and entertainment portfolio. This executive will play a critical role in shaping brand strategy, elevating fan/guest engagement, and driving measurable commercial impact through data‑driven, integrated marketing. Acting as a strategic advisor to business line leaders, the Head of Marketing will ensure that marketing programs and brand initiatives directly support revenue objectives, growth priorities, and the fan/guest experience.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven ability to shape strategic direction, lead high‑performing teams, and drive business results in complex, high‑visibility environments. They will bring a sophisticated blend of strategic insight, creativity, commercial acumen, and analytical strength, as well as a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and influence across organizational lines. Experience in sports and entertainment and bilingualism are considered strong assets.
This is a publicly advertised job posting for an existing vacancy. Expected compensation range: $150,000 – $186,000 CAD.
