The Associate Vice President, Total Rewards is responsible for the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-wide broad-based compensation, benefits, and retirement programs across a complex, multi-segment workforce. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Operations, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. The mandate includes broad-based compensation, benefits, and retirement/savings, with a strong focus on managing cost, optimizing utilization, and navigating complex legacy programs, while leading a team and partnering cross-functionally to drive effective, scalable total rewards strategies.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned total rewards leader who brings a strong combination of commercial acumen, technical depth, and pragmatic execution. They are comfortable operating within large, complex organizations and adept at balancing competing priorities across diverse employee groups. With a data-driven mindset, they are able to translate insights into clear, actionable strategies, particularly in areas of cost management, benefits optimization, and retirement program design. They bring credibility with senior stakeholders, paired with a collaborative and hands-on leadership style, and demonstrate sound judgement in navigating governance, ambiguity, and organizational change.
