As the company enters an exciting new phase of growth, Richcraft is seeking an accomplished Chief Development Officer, Multi-Use Projects to join its executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a significant development portfolio while helping define the next chapter of one of Eastern Canada's most successful real estate organizations.

The Chief Development Officer, Multi-Use Projects will provide strategic leadership across the full development lifecycle, overseeing projects from acquisition and due diligence through planning, municipal approvals, design, construction commencement, and delivery. Working closely with ownership, executive leadership, municipal stakeholders, consultants, and industry partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the value of the company's development pipeline while ensuring projects align with long-term business objectives, financial performance expectations, and Richcraft's commitment to quality and innovation.

The successful candidate will be a proven real estate development executive with extensive experience leading complex high-rise, mid-rise, and multi-use projects. They will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial and investment acumen, market insight, and operational leadership. Equally important will be their ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate complex stakeholder environments, evaluate new development opportunities, and build trusted relationships across municipal, industry, financial, and community partners.

Richcraft is seeking a collaborative and influential leader recognized for integrity, sound judgment, and a track record of delivering results. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing large-scale residential development projects, strong knowledge of planning and entitlement processes, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
